Jamie Meneley
Owner & Senior Living Advisor
Meet your advisor
Hi, I’m Jamie.
Choosing senior living often happens during a stressful season, and no family should have to sort through it alone. I take the time to learn what your loved one needs, what they enjoy, and what fits your budget. Then I help you find a place that truly feels like home.
I’m local, I know the communities and care homes in our area, and I stay with you long after the tour.
Common questions
Good questions to ask before you start.
Don’t see yours? Call or text us anytime at (503) 857-3853.
Is your service really free?
Yes. There is no cost to you or your loved one for our guidance, research, or tour coordination.
What areas do you serve?
We’re rooted in Yamhill and Washington Counties, including Sheridan and Willamina, and we help families across Oregon.
When should we reach out?
Anytime you start to wonder whether more support is needed: after a hospital stay or a fall, when daily tasks get harder, or simply when you want to plan ahead. An early conversation gives you more choices.
What is an adult care home?
Adult care homes are licensed private homes that care for a small number of residents in a family-style setting. Many families like the personal attention and home-like feel.
Can you help if staying home is the best fit?
Yes. If your loved one wants to stay home, we can help you explore in-home care options too.

So how do we get paid?
Here's the honest answer. It's one of the first things families ask, and it's a smart question. Our fee comes from the care side, and only when the match is a good one.
How it works
We work like a recruiter
Much like a recruiter helps a company find the right hire, we help senior living communities and care homes find residents who are a great fit. We get to know your loved one first, then match them with places that meet their needs and goals.
Paid only when it's the right fit
When your loved one moves in, the community or care home pays us a referral fee. That fee is only earned if the move works out and they settle in past the first few weeks.
So our goal is the same as yours: a home where they truly thrive.
Your choice comes first
We recommend options based on your loved one's needs, budget, and preferences. You decide where to tour and where to move, with no pressure and no obligation.
What earns that fee?
Care communities partner with us because we bring them residents who are truly a good fit. That takes far more than a list of names. Here's what goes into every match.
We know each place firsthand
Jamie visits the communities and care homes she recommends, so she knows the care, the staff, the feel, and the little details you won't find online.
Relationships that run deep
She stays in touch with owners and staff all year long, so she knows who has openings, what level of care each place handles best, and who to call when you need answers.
The legwork, done for you
Researching options, scheduling tours, comparing costs and care levels, and keeping everyone on the same page. Hours of work, handled so your family can focus on each other.
Support after move‑in
Jamie checks in after the move to make sure your loved one is settling in well, and she's there to help if anything needs attention.
Knowledge, trusted relationships, and real follow-through. That's what makes the right match possible.
Before we make any referral, you'll receive a simple written disclosure explaining how our referral fees work. As a Registered Oregon Long Term Care Referral Agent, it's part of how we do business, and we're always happy to walk you through it.
